Details of the circuits Copeyre Canoë

Our council:

Deposit your car the morning on arrival of the course (on the basis of Beaulieu) and take our free bus at 9:00 or 11:00 which will lead you at the beginning (in Argentat). In this way, you will be able to carry out the descent in the canoe at your rhythm without fearing to miss the bus of return the evening.

Direct arrival with Quercyland: the entry is offered, you can slacken in the 5 basins, to borrow the toboggans for new feelings.
You will find a restaurant, at the edge of the swimming pools and your children will have a pleasure of testing all the activities placed at their disposal inside the park. (OPEN until 22:00)

NAMELY: leave your car to Souillac rather (arrived). Our bus (free) will take you along to Meyronne (departure) (Drunk: 9:30, 11:30, 14:30).
You will be able, thus, to benefit from Quercyland at the end of your excursion, without having the concern of going up to seek your car at the beginning.

• If you wish to arrive at Argentat the day before your departure in the canoe, you will be able to spend the night to the camp-site the Echo of Malpas which is with 30 meters of the base of canoe.
• If you wish to join us in the train, we can come to seek you at the station nearest and to take back you there at the end of the excursion (ask us council)

Example of 5 days a family course

Day 1 : from Argentat to Brivezac (19 km)

On the traces of the former gabariers of the Dordogne, you will cross a very green and timbered valley and will benefit from the refreshing greenery and the many sources and typical brooks from the landscape corrèzien.
This day will be strewn with small castles and typical hamlets, and with small amusing currents.

Day 2 : from Brivezac to Puybrun (16 km)

Morning : some small "rapids" will still decorate your descent in the canoe.
Advised halt with Beaulieu, with mid--course, for supply and to visit this pretty city, its church at the edge of the Dordogne, its abbey, its medieval streets or the site of reconstitution of the construction of the old "barges of the Dordogne".
Afternoon : with the current, you will see the decorations neighborhood starting to change. Indeed, you will leave Corrèze to enter the Batch, until Puybrun.

Day 3 : from Puybrun to Copeyre (18 km)

Morning : your course will be marked out stone ochers villages typically lotois and local cultures.
Advised halt with Carennac, mid-course, for supply and visit of this splendid medieval small village, its Priory, its castle, its quays.
Afternoon : until Copeyre, the landscape will be still tranformera, offering its first cliffs to you. The river will widen, will be divided into a multiplicity of meanders forming of small islands.
You will finish with Copeyre, peaceful site, beautiful beach and bathe at the bottom of a small natural cave.

Day 4 : from Copeyre to Pinsac (19 Km)

During this day, you will cross the most wild part of all the valley of the Dordogne. Imposing throats, cliffs, canyons, landscapes and a completely preserved nature will be able to allure you. This course will be also strewn with small castles and even with a cave which you will be able to visit with your canoe (if you thought of the torch).
In Pinsac, you will unload opposite the very pretty castle of Treyne.

Day 5 : from Pinsac to Souillac (10 km)

Morning : you will finish the circuit ventures in Souillac while unloading with 30 meters of watery park QUERCYLAND.
You will then be able, while waiting for your bus (17h45), to benefit free from attractions of this ludic park (watery swimming pools, toboggans, castles inflatable etc)
