With MTB, 3 hours while following the G.R.6

On the basis of the village of Hospitalet, you will overhang the marvellous site of Rocamadour, then you will cross the village in all its length to the Mill of Roquefrege.
Then, on your line, take the G.R.6 which skirts Alzou (often dry). With the bridge, you will find a small coast who will carry out you to the plate. Always while following the G.R.6, take on the right the pedestrian path to the Mill of Caoulet (splendid sight with the top of Ouysse). Moreover, you can visit the Mill of Caugnaguet and go along Ouysse until Lacave.
